About The Project
This development is unlike any other social housing scheme in Northern Ireland having been designed and built to meet Level 5 of The Code for Sustainable Homes, the first scheme in the Northern Ireland to meet this standard. A development of 39 new homes – comprising a mix of houses and complex needs dwellings.
The Mechanical Services provided include for the following:
- LPHW Heating installation
- Plumbing installation
- Rain Water Harvesting
- Sanitary ware installation throughout.
- Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHR), Cooker Extract Ventilation
- Soils and Wastes installation
- Natural Gas installation
