Our Work
Construction of new single storey classroom block & refurbishment of existing school building. The new extension was connected to the existing school building with a new purpose-built covered walkway. Given the live school environment, works were phased to minimise disruption.
The Mechanical Services provided include for the following:
- LPHW Heating installation & Modifications in New Teaching Block and existing Primary School.
- Underfloor Heating installation in New Teaching Block
- Plumbing installation & Modifications in New Teaching Block and existing Primary School
- Soils and Wastes installation & Modifications in New Teaching Block and existing Primary School
- Sanitary ware installation in New Teaching Block.
- Ventilation installation in New Teaching Block.
- Natural Gas installation & Modifications in New Teaching Block and existing Primary School
